So it's study week and that means... I'm spending most of my time by a desk doing work and eating like I don't care. The good news is that I cut rice out of my diet except 2 days ago when my roommate decided to cook. But I also been eating pepperoni cheese french bread pizza.
I also been making sandwiches from whole chicken and ciabatta bread which is delicious btw and made me go straight to the bathroom. I feel it coming again... maybe it's this tea that I'm drinking, then it's probably the caffeine or maybe my roommate decided to put fake sugar in the sugar jar. Ugh!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
