Hi! I'm back! And I'm ready to look good. :) Without having anything to train for I have been having a terrible time trying to get back on track. But with the first of December here, I've decided I'm going back to my "flexitarian" diet. Very little meat, and no fast food. Wish me luck! I'm going to need you!
