Trying to eat 400 calories every 3 hours. for a total of 15 hours. (maybe a small snack at night worth 200 cals after) for a total of 15 hrs awake. Also, trying to workout (cardio) in the morning before I eat, 4 times a week and drink protein shake for 2 meals a day (before and after weightlifting later in the day. I started today.

measurements: 25 % bodyfat. Not sure how right that is. The machine is wonky. Neck 17.5, Chest 43 1/4, shoulders 49 1/4, belly button 38 1/2, waist 37 1/2, left arm 15 3/4, right 15. weight 182.
