This is after a CN Friday night. Water, then. Should go in a few days. I've been rereading the book and he suggests in it weightlifting and walking are ok and they're the two things I want to be doing at the moment. I can get on my exercise bike once a week after my CN and that should suit my groin strain too. Someone I saw on Saturday actually asked if I've lost weight so I assume I do look a little different. Anyway, onwards :-)
305.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
