I was suprised that it wasn't 203 or 205 again. I wasn't really restricting or doing any exercise.
I think to shake my metabolism up again I'm going to need to work out on my eliptical 20 minutes every other day.
This is where I got stuck and went back up 3 years ago, so it's crucial I push through this.
