Thanksgiving was the BOMB!!! Hence, I've gained 6 pounds. These are the kinds of situations I'm tired of where a weekend will yield a weight gain. But I'm back on track with renewed energy and ready to go. I went to the gym this morning for the first time since the summer. I just did a half hour on the ellyptical machine and I would like to get to the gym every morning at least for a half hour but I'm taking it one day at time.
