This is the first weigh-in since my 9-day Thanksgiving break. Being at home has allowed me more temptation of eating "junk" food, baking cookies, drinking soda and then of course the holiday food consumption. Although at Thanksgiving I did the 3-bite rule, of only scooping 3-bites worth of each food item...but had trouble wanting to partake in the desserts or alcohol because of the occasion. Now that I am back to work and have seen that I need to be more disciplined (based on the weigh-in) I can get back into my routine. I have, however, incorporated more excercise in my moring routine. Bicycling, lifting weights and yoga. I have also asked my yoga instructor to start a Sunday class which will allow me another day of instructional yoga, even though I practice the yoga daily (could potentially be doing the moves wrong).
