I have not been very good at tracking my weightloss and foods I eat. However, I have a friend who is starting to get healthy and I decided to get healthy with her. This will help both of us keep motivated and going on the right track.
My goal for the frist 30 days is to lose 15 pounds I want to be under 300 pounds by March 1st. I know I can do it with watching what I eat and now that I have joined a gym that will also help me meet my goal.
