I feel like I failed last week. I ate too many snacks and drank too much alcohol. I hope this week will better.... but we have a wine tasting tonight, I'm PMSing, and it's supposed to be cold and snowy all week. All of which boils down to me putting too much food and alcohol in my body. aaargh.
