NOT HAPPY! I knew today was going to be bad... I've been on a holiday binge already and need to cut it off now! 135 is my absolute max - cannot allow myself to go above that - need to start shedding the weight... back on Jillian's Michaels this morninga and it felt good!
134.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
