At the beginning of this week I decided not to calories count my food. This is after I read, stressing about your weight loss could make you put on and not lose. So far so good. I lost 2lbs. Which is good for me.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.0 lb a week
