I expect this to go up a bit... I haven’t eaten more than 100cal in the past 2 days. I was So. Sick. 🤢 But I feel better so I’ll give my weight a little more credence once I go back to routinely eating healthy! Can’t wait!😁
159.1 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
