I knew I would gain after upping calories. But it's still so frustrating . I'm getting further and further away from my goal. I cut calories and gain. I add calories and gain. i just don't know what to do to start losing again. 😕
107.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there my friend!!! This happens!! I’m up right now. Just keep it moving and push forward💪 Try not to stress out over it. I know right now I need to be increasing my water!! I’m good about it and then I’m also awful with it. 💜💚

Do you walk or exercise? Maybe when you were at a lower weight you moved more and you don't realize it.
