Setelah coba seminggu break diet, dari 1500kal ke 1800kal. Sekarang back on track lagi ke 1500, kita liat ya masih stuck gak.
135.1 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
