Today my scale finally showed some change despite the fact that I was frustrated yesterday night and munched a homemade keto icecream made of pure coconut cream and stevia chocolate. I even didn't count the calories in this dessert and sheepishly didn't include it in my daily calorie amount.
145.3 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
