Yes, the weight gain continues. Seems like I put on 5 pounds since working out. It's creepy seeing as how I'm not far from 200 pounds.
Week 7 of working out was poor as I only got to get in on Monday. The rest of the week was a wash. Today marks week 8... this is also a bad week because it's Thanksgiving but I'm not planning on gorging...
I keep getting told it's muscle...sometimes I don't believe that. It's depressing...
I think it's time to go low carb again. I'm not sure if I ever want to do the Primal Diet... but I did learn a lot from it.
For breakfast I do plan on having whole grain carbs...which is what I've been doing but I do need to restrict carbs all over again for the rest of the day. Lunch will have to be strictly salad and protein..and dinner will be protein veggies and maybe a small amount of starch..
Snacks will be veggies and hummus, almonds, walnuts [good fats and all measured] and 1-2 fruits and/or greek yogurt [plain].
What it boils down to: Sugar and carbs need to be in great moderation.
