Well this is a surprise another 1lb off. Was feeling a bit disheartened yesterday as I felt as though I was heading for a gain. This has spurred me on to try a bit harder next week. Only 10 weeks til my holiday. Today I am wearing a pair of cut offs that I havent been able to fit into for the last 3 years. Well chuffed.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
