A cheat meal day. Seems like somebody is not gonna check her weight tomorrow 🙈
146.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did same thing. I usually try not to eat past 7:00 p.m. but yesterday seemed like a fun day, so back to business today

Well, it seems like I didn't eat THAT much plus it was at 6 pm and no food after, so today I saw my regular -100 g. 😄 Usually I don't care about the time of my dinner.
