Yesterday was a complete bust. I spent a lot of Sunday night in the hospital and was just exhausted through Monday. I didn’t pay attention/list anything I ate. Honestly, all I remember is cottage cheese, but it was just a couple bites. I probably ate a bit more but probably not much more. But I’m BAAAAACK!!!! I weigh in at 161lb but I’m fully prepared for it to go up a bit. The only reason is there is because I didn’t eat barely anything in more than 36 hours. I just NOW got my appetite back, and my boyfriend is making an awesome salad & baked chicken for dinner. I’m pumped!
161.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
