So lost a little weight, but first week is always easy.
Now I've got used to not drinking and sticking to around 2K calories, rather than just eating whatever I want, need to dial up the diet and dial down the calories..... TBC....
274.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
