I keep thinking and celebrating small victories; like going to the supermarket last night, before dinner, and not stopping to "treat" myself with a chocolate bar or an apple fritter donut (which the bakery had, no less). That was so hard. But later on last night I did reward myself with a nice long soaking bath. And it felt good.
