I'm ok with a .4 gain because 1) I worked out a LOT, 2) I was wearing light weight clothes last week and jeans today, and 3) I FEEL AWESOME!!!!
200.6 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
