I seem to have plateaued right here. I've decided to just maintain this for a while on more calories while I figure out what my body wants diet wise. I want to be healthy more than I want to be slim.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
