995 kcal Fat: 26.84g | Prot: 50.73g | Carb: 112.65g.   Breakfast: Asda Free From Long Life Coconut Milk,  Porridge,  Fat Free Greek Yoghurt. Lunch: Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), Green Peas (Frozen), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Broccoli (without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  Seasoned Croutons , Heinz Vegetable Cup Soup. Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine , Asda Gala Apple, Watermelon. more...
