Grasa 28.4%. pesaje en el hogar. luego vacaciones casi 3 semanas. ejercicios caminar 3 veces por semana. vele la comida con fatsecret calorias y hacer ejercicios caminar 1 hora. aumente 4 lbs en el viaje.
