Spinning my wheels. Ate at a BarBQ restaurant so scales up today. I'm hoping it's just the sodium. Not doing very well in this challenge but at least I'm being honest with myself here.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
