I've slipped and gained over the last few weeks. gutted know most is water so cutting out bread and a few other things. booze, late night eating and heavy carbs to blame. I've got this xx
189.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I will get it off I feel rotten from too much food and booze. In pain and stressed. I know what to avoid just need will power xx
