Must discuss with coach as to movement needed. Certain the not enough food and water intake affecting no loss showing and 0.1 gained. Feel somewhat better, yet not hungry, need to eat. body holding all!
180.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 40.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
