Weighed on Wii Fit. Lost 1.5lbs since last Wii Fit entry (25 days prior). Starting to track the shakes. Second day of being on my period.
224.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
