I had done so well. Actually, I had eaten quite a bit less than I should have yesterday. I also had a sharp headache that started late afternoon. When I finally got home and was entering in my food, I saw that I had only consumed about 500 calories and it was 11 pm. I decided to have a snack to up my calorie content and to reduce my headache but went a little overboard. I had a more peanut butter than I should have, an extra cracker and THEN had two cookies. It happened so fast that it was over in about 2 minutes. I think I was still below 1,000 calories for the day but the cookies were not necessary. The thing is, I hadn't really felt all that hungry. Oh well.
Scale dropped a little again this morning though. Had a fantastic workout yesterday and looking forward to another one again today.
