Well, I haven't gone "running" since my last log in, but I have I worked to twelve hour shifts in a row in which my body is in motion for at least 11 of those hours. I tried to stay on track with my calories and though I couldn't find time to drink 64oz of water, I was able to drink 24 oz of water which is far more than I have at work in the past. Usually I don't make time for anything. I did lose another 0.2 pounds and really felt as if I had more energy while at work.

My sister's birthday party is tonight, hope I can stay under my calorie limit. Sometimes it's hard when you are not the one in control of the menu. Mom's cooking is hard to pass up sometimes.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
