So having found out I ate and stressed myself straight into being diabetic - I am pretty determined to reverse this diagnosis. Found this out 2 days ago - on meds but also on a high fat no/ low carb eating plan. Decided to start off slowly by first cutting out all hard starches like potatoes rice pasta bread - the whole shebamg. At least now for the first 3 ro 4 weeks. Then take it a bit further by actually getting total carb intake below 40g a day, then 30g etc. In 2 days weight went down 1.6kg😊 Most importantly blood sugar also dropped by 3 units😄. So on the road - I ate myself into this - gonna eat myself out of this!
