No change in diet or exercise... sitting steady at 158, but this will probably change in anther week. Last plateau lasted for nearly a year! Hope this one doesn't get stuck!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
