Weighed in 6/7/13. Down 2lbs. I was surprised how easy it was not to eat anything sweet, other than fruit. Sweet things are my down fall.
Thanx for the challenge.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
