well... i started doing sports. i feel more healthy but at the same time I'm still always tired and have long naps in the afternoon.
b/p isn't as good as I want it to be, but I survived breakfast. At the other hand I still ate those sticky flour-milk cakey thing and got my red dots again. atm i try to convert this food-craving into eating cereals which doesn't cause a sticky tummy and the extremely exhausting feeling after purging. I also try to reduce purging to a maximum of one time a day and trying to break my habits in not reading the newspaper while b/p-session.
I feel awfully bloated because I feel like I've already ate too much on breakfast and lunch... even though I already feel dizzy again. ehw.
Psychological I had a good day but atm I feel like I'm going to burst into tears. I feel so disgusting.
