Had malva pudding for desert yesterday and did not think I would loose anything - but hey! Its a new week so lets start our health habbits again ☕️💃 stay safe people!
121.5 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
