Ok so I'm back now and hopefully I'll get back to my regular posting.
Yay for new buddies today *does little jig* I'm too excited for that.
this is actually harder than I thought it would be but I haven't given up yet I'm still pushing myself.
My biggest weakness is still late mornings and I'm starting to think that's my biggest downfall so I'll try to wake up 30 minute earlier from now on. ( I never said I'm super woman :))
187.4 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
