Week 1 is over, wasnt really trying to lose weight, but have been eating more healthier. But week 2 is about walking each day for 30 mins and No soda!
258.8 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 104.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
