I am trying really hard to stay motivated and to stay accountable. I gave up the soda and it was not as hard as I thought it would be. I drink more water and I sip tea regularly now. Eyes forward and my eyes on the goal!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
