I have gotten to my goal weight and teeter between it ant 146 now. I can successfully state that I have reached my goal and have maintained it successfully for a few weeks. The goal is to now get back to exercising to maintain a successful balance for the rest of my life. :-)
146.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Thanks! I have to admit, the idea of exercise is a bummer because I want to do different things and sometimes, my schedule only allows for the "routine" workout. :-)
