Wow, this is going pretty well! Tonight though we have our small group Christmas get-together which was cancelled due to snow. There will be lots of food, this is going to be tough! If I can get through it, I can get through anything!
Doing Well-Okay so I'm almost back down to my original starting weight from some time ago-- this time I'm definitely going for it! It's a mindset that you just have to be in and if you don't feel it you won't be successful- I just have to get to the point where I say enough is enough and have a talk with myself. There are little things I've changed that I thought I could never do -simple stuff like drinking my coffee black again (what was I waiting for ?) it's delicious! I got stuck on those creamers and so decided I would only drink tea for now but have had coffee yesterday and today black and enjoyed it!
My daughter is going to do fatsecret also and we are both exercising more so having her helping to hold me accountable will be good. Pray that I will keep up the discipline!
