At the very tippy top of my comfort level! And eating TRAGICALLY. Just awfully for my body. Yesterday there were cupcakes, cookies, brownies, 2pc pizza, spinach artichoke dip.... ugh. Today I started will with fruit, then followed it up with spinach artichoke dip, a cupcake, a piece of pizza, and some Subway. BUT - on the bright side, it was only one cupcake, one piece of pizza, and 3 in of subway.
I have also been eating past fullness and past enjoyment. I'll be eating and think - hmm, I'm full, and I don't really want to eat any more - and then proceed to finish whatever it is I'm munching on. On the bright side, at least I've still got that dingle-bell that goes off when I'm full! The next step is to break out of this "Come this far, might as well finish it" mentality and start listening to it again. I notice I do it with healthy foods and foods I don't like very much as well as junky foods and foods I love - perhaps the place to start is with the foods I legit don't like.
All is going well on the exercise front - great job there, keep it up!
P.S.....I RAN A MILE THIS WEEK!!!!
