Well I'm totally surprised because I haven't been feeling well. I was scared and thought for sure I had gained some weight after the holidays. I went to the doctor and she weighed me and it said I lost 17 lbs since Oct. her scale is much different from the weight watchers. I put her weigh ins on the Nov. 23rd(Actually Oct 23 but I had a weigh in during that time at W.W.) and yesterdays Jan. 8th. The other weigh ins were at Weight Watchers. I'm going to only add my doctor weigh ins because they are lower ! :)

The only thing I think I did well at during the holidays was quit drinking my pepsi/coke about 4 weeks ago. I'm craving it still, its so hard. I overate a lot of the time but was good sometimes. I did try to drink more water and when I joined the water saturation challenge got me going and most days I get the right amount of water but still working on that. I think because I'm so overweight just doing a few things have been helping more than I thought they would, and losing some.

Anyway I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Healthy New Year and not to give up even if you gained over the holidays because if you give up you'll end up weighing as much as I do and it hurts so much to even stand up and get out of chair so don't give up keep trying! Remember 1 pound loss is 1 cube of butter! that is a lot and 10 lbs is a bag of 10 lb bag of potatoes so be proud of yourself losing a pound or more !!!
