wow I woke up this morning like 5 lbs light then I was yesterday probably water weight, but it still feels good to see such BIG change on the scale. I feel pretty good today, but hey it's still early. I have worked out for the last 2 days and I do have more energy so that is good.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 38.5 lb a week

Don't you just love it when the scale has something good to show! I know I could just kiss mine some mornings, and others throw it out the window!! Congrats on your loss! Exercise will definately keep your energy level up, and after you put all that work in, you really don't want to mess up the calories you just burned by eating junk! Your on the right track! keep it up!
