3 weeks in today... feeling good... feeling a difference. I just can't bring myself to step on the scale!

That number on the scale breaks me... The inner me does not feel that big... and being the emotional eater that I am... I have decided that the scale can wait.... and in the meantime I am trying to make milk my b*tch and kick it to the curb...

Low Carb heading to lazy keto... but milk and my love for coffee is messing up my macro's... grrr!

I weigh every once in a while. Really I'd say this is one of the things that has helped me remain consistent or as consistent as I can be. Until you're ready to step on the scale, use your clothes as a guage to how far you've come... All the best on your continuous journey 🌻

Try mixing 100 ml First choice longlife cream with 400 ml water, give it a good shake and you have your milk substitute. Cream has way less carbs than milk. Using the first choice brand I find is the best to do this. You only end up having a little over a table spoon of cream per cup of coffee.
