I have been on phase one for 6 days now. Hewn I strted I weighed 200 and now I am 194.5. I know I am loosing weight but I am still not sure I am following the plan the right way. I feel like i am still eating more than I should but i am not sure what the right portion is. right now it is working but I am afraid when I get to phase 2 and begin to add other thingsin I will be sabataging myself.
194.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

have you read the books...they help alot with the portion control and what and when to eat...make sure you are eating your snacks inbetween meals...there are a couple of web sites that help alot...http://www.southbeach-diet-plan.com/...is a really good one...try it and see if it helps...the most important thing with sb in phase 1 is to stay away from the sugars/carbs and to detox your system...the readding of items in phase 2 is a little difficult and a learning process...good luck and we are all here to help you
