finally feel like im gaining some ground in the right direction. between a injury last fall and gabapentin to help calm the nerves which puts wieght on me and then my give a shit switch broke, i feel like im back. switch activated! not in time for a summer body LOL. oh well never to late to start the journey again. I saw the scale a few days ago and said WTF is wrong with me?!?!? well that being said back at it and seeing progress yay!
