Holding (more or less) steady this week (I'll take it). 5 months and 2 weeks postpartum. I've started doing body weight squats and standing stretches at my desk this week - seems to be helping 💪
184.4 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
