It feels good to be back "on the wagon". Eating healthy and eating smaller portions. Weight Watchers is the best (diet) lifestyle out there and it does work. What I like is they do not restrict you like so many diets. Nothing is off limits as long as you can get a points value and hold yourself accountable. I feel better already without that full, fat, guilty feeling I always carried around. I feel motivated and want to get my friends motivated and online but I am having no success with that......yet. I have learned in the past that friends and family online and onboard can be a BIG help and a BIG motivator. Maybe in a few days. I won't give up as I would want someone to get me on board and not give up on me.
