2412 kcal Fat: 70.29g | Prot: 159.70g | Carb: 295.09g.   Breakfast: هاجدو شرائح قشقوان قليلة الدسم, مخبز التنور الصحي خبز الشعير, ندى حليب البروتين مع التمر,  Egg White,  Egg Yolk, شوفان فلندي شوفان عضوي,  Date. Lunch:  Red Tomatoes , Zucchini, Red Onions, Green Sweet Pepper, Potato (with or Without Peel), Butternut Winter Squash, Skinless Chicken Breast, Afia ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, Heather's ACASIA SENEGAL TUMMY FIBER. Dinner: Cucumber, Carrots. Snacks/Other: Ritter Sport 22 Choco Cubes in 4 Varies,  Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts,  Unroasted Almonds,  Pistachio Nuts,  Cashew Nuts,  Walnuts. more...
